Charles A. Farwell is the Curator of Pelagic Fishes Research Program and Co-Director for the Tuna Conservation and Research Center at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. He has been affiliated with the Aquarium since 1983. Chuck has participated in numerous research projects including metabolic rate studies and tagging of bluefin tuna, environmental preference research of yellowfin tuna and tagging giant catfish in the Mekong River Delta. Chuck has an inordinate fondness for Japan and has been the driving force behind all expeditions and research conducted with the gracious staff of Kamogawa SeaWorld.
